Bryden Wright | Licenced Conveyancer/Office Manager
Bryden holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Conveyancing) and is an Associate of the Institute of Legal Executives. Bryden commenced with Balben Property Transfers in 2009 and was given great opportunity to steadily accumulate skills and knowledge through on the job experience, courses and workshops leading to his position as Senior Licenced Conveyancer/Office Manager. Bryden has extensive experience in all property related matters acting particularly for Vendors, Purchasers and Lenders. His breadth of expertise includes acting for banks/financial institutions, developers of property, subdivisional work all types of conveyancing transactions and other complex conveyancing matters. We are proud of his hard work and dedication in becoming qualified. Bryden is proud as office manager to lead a team of committed and passionate colleagues who strive to give prompt, efficient and reliable service. Bryden is excited in moving forward to commence his work alongside Mark Lake with the interviewing and advising of clients for all their Conveyancing needs.
Wendy Lake | Senior Conveyancing Administrator
Wendy has also been a part of the Balben team since 2009. With 12 years prior experience in finance Wendy has enjoyed expanding her skills and knowledge of Conveyancing. She enjoys welcoming clients and assisting them with the initial stages of their Conveyancing matters but also attending to settlements for the exchange of documents and the lodging and registration of new Titles and other dealings. Wendy is an appreciated member of our staff who always has a polite and happy vibe.
Sia Meek | Senior Conveyancing Administrator
Sia joined the Balben team in 2011 and has 17 years' experience in Conveyancing. Also coming from a local law firm, she was excited to be welcomed by the family owned business. A dedicated employee with a friendly smile you will come across her in the settlement stage of the conveyancing process dealing with the organisation, calculation and adjustment of final figures and attending to settlements for the exchange of documents and the lodging and registration of new Titles and other dealings. Sia's extensive and comprehensive experience is invaluable.
Rhylee Hanrahan | Conveyancing Administration Officer
Rhylee is a vibrant person and joined our team in 2012. She is currently studying at university in her third year of a law degree. Rhylee is excited to apply the knowledge she is gaining from her studies to the conveyancing process.
Meg Tiley | Conveyancing Administration Officer
The bright and bubbly Meg joined the Balben team fresh to conveyancing. She has applied six months undergoing training and has become one of our cherished members. Meg works in the settlements team alongside Sia and enjoys sharing the joy with clients in completing their settlements.
Bethany Tiley | Conveyancing Administration Officer
The very focused and energetic Bethany works alongside Wendy with the initial stages of Contracts assisting and welcoming clients and you will find her always more than happy to assist you with paperwork and enquiries. Bethany also enjoys getting out of the office into the community and attending all settlements for the exchange of documents and funds.
Donna Flynn | Accounts Administrator
Our longest serving member of Balben since 2005, Donna attends to all our administration of accounts, wages and all other office administration and clerical duties, Donna is a much loved and integral part of the team.
Barb Pearce | Girl Friday/Administrator
Barb comes to us with unprecedented experience in the telecommunication and telemarketing industry. She has enjoyed utilising her previous experience and applying it to the conveyancing industry. Barb is our go to and backbone of the company she rolls up her selves and does all those jobs that no one else wants to do. No job is to hard or too dirty for her. Every company needs a Girl Friday or a Barb.
