Meg Tiley | Licenced Practising Conveyancer
Meg completed her studies at RMIT and prides herself on keeping up to date with the ever changing industry that is Conveyancing.
Coming from a background of Commercial Cookery, Meg holds extremely efficient time management and organisational skills.
She works well under pressure and thrives in an environment where no two works days are exactly the same and enjoys challenging tasks.
One of Meg’s greatest assets is her ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work she delivers.
The comedian of the office, Meg is known to crack a joke lightening the office atmosphere.

Wendy Lake | Senior Conveyancing Administrator and Office Manager
Wendy has been a part of the Balben team since 2009. With 12 years’ experience in finance Wendy has found this to be an asset to the Conveyancing industry. Wendy has extensive experience and knowledge in Conveyancing matters and is able to assist our clients with confidence and professionalism throughout the transaction.
Wendy prides herself on providing our clients with the utmost support and respect and always has a polite and happy vibe.

Tracey brings to Balben a bright, bubbly and positive personality. Her background in finance and customer service are certainly an asset to this industry.

Chip | Office Dog
Chip the Italian Greyhound is the smallest member of the Balben team, he is known to be all bark and no bite.
Chip spends his days sleeping under desks, playing with toys and also enjoys sharing staff lunches.
Although he may seem timid to start it doesn’t take long before he warms up to new faces or retreats to his bed.
He brings a breath of fresh air into the office and is wonderful asset to the team.
